Submit Your Grievance (IGR)

The Initial Grievance Report (IGR) is the first step towards addressing your workplace concerns. By submitting an IGR, you help us understand the issue and provide timely support. This report is kept confidential and is handled with care by our grievance team.

Why Submit an IGR?

  1. Voice Your Concern: Share details of any harassment, unfair treatment, salary disputes, or workplace challenges.
  2. Confidentiality: All information is kept secure and will only be shared with authorized representatives handling your case.
  3. Support Process: Once submitted, our team reviews the report and guides you on the best course of action.
  4. Documentation: Your IGR becomes the first official record of the issue, which helps in further legal or organizational action if required.
  5. Resolution: We work with you to resolve issues either through direct intervention, counseling, or legal support when necessary.

Submitting your IGR is the first step towards finding a solution. Please be as detailed as possible when filling out the grievance form. Together, we can ensure that employee rights are protected.

  • Guidelines: We are not here to help opportunistic individuals; our vision is to build a community where members support and help each other.
As we have been receiving a large number of complaints, we have established the following priority system to ensure fair assistance:
Priority will be given as follows:
First Priority: Members who have been with us for more than three months.
Second Priority: Those who have been actively associated with us since the beginning and are connected with us across all social media platforms.
Third Priority: Members who have recently joined solely for the purpose of resolving their personal issues.
