AIEA Legal Support Initiative
Employees may sometimes face employment-related concerns where professional legal guidance becomes necessary. Such situations may involve unpaid salaries, delayed full and final settlements, gratuity, termination, workplace harassment, employment contracts or other workplace disputes.
Through this initiative, the All India Employee Association (AIEA), operating under the legal name Avalamb Employee Welfare Federation (AEWF), aims to help employees connect with independent advocates and law firms who may assist them with employment-related legal matters.
AIEA itself is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or represent employees before courts, tribunals or authorities. Its role is to facilitate awareness, communication and, where appropriate, connections with independent legal professionals.
The legal professionals listed on this page operate independently. Employees should directly discuss the scope of services, applicable fees, documentation, timelines and legal strategy with the concerned professional before engaging their services.
Depending on the circumstances, an employee may choose to seek guidance about a legal notice, a response to an employer, a labour department complaint, conciliation, or other available legal remedies. The appropriate course of action depends on the facts of the matter and the applicable law.
AIEA seeks to make access to information and professional connections easier for employees who may not know where to begin. Where possible, the initiative may help an employee identify a suitable professional based on the issue, location and area of practice.
Participation in this initiative does not guarantee that a lawyer will accept a matter, that services will be free, or that a particular result will be achieved. Any engagement, professional fees, legal advice and representation remain directly between the employee and the independent legal professional.

Every matter is different. Employees should preserve relevant documents and obtain professional advice when necessary.
AIEA's Role
AIEA may facilitate communication between an employee and an organization and, where appropriate, help the employee connect with an independent legal professional.
AIEA does not guarantee a legal outcome and does not control the professional advice, fees, representation or strategy adopted by any independent lawyer or law firm.
