Your membership fee helps us sustain our operations, support employees, conduct awareness initiatives, and continue working on larger employee-welfare issues. We welcome people who are willing to support others without expecting personal gain in return. If you believe in our mission and want to contribute to this larger cause, we encourage you to become a member and stand with us. However, please do not become a member simply because you have a personal complaint and expect an immediate or guaranteed resolution. Membership does not guarantee that your individual issue will be resolved. Join us because you believe in the cause not only because you need help.

Benefits of Membership

As you fill out our membership form, you will receive the following:

1. ID Card: You will receive an official ID card. Please upload your latest photo and write your full name correctly, as the card will be generated with your photo and details. This ID card will be a symbol of pride, showing that you are a committed member willing to contribute towards the change that people have been struggling for over centuries.
2. Membership Appointment Letter: You will receive an appointment letter mentioning your responsibilities along with our support. This will officially recognize you as our member.
3. Certificate: Whenever we organize certification programs, and you participate by helping others, your contribution will be acknowledged with a certificate.
4. Dashboard: You will get access to your personal dashboard where you can view your contributions, membership card, and appointment letter. Through this dashboard, you will also receive updates about our latest news and events.
5. Membership Fee: A membership fee is charged to ensure we have genuine and committed people. For years we worked free of cost, but now, to execute operations effectively and sustain our mission, this Rs 500 fee is necessary (Non-Refundable).
6. As a member, your responsibilities will include:
   1.Actively participating in welfare programs, meetings, and activities organized by the Federation.
   Promoting awareness about employee rights, workplace dignity, and social justice.
   2.Supporting fellow members and beneficiaries in cases of need, including employment support, skill development, and grievance redressal.
   3.Upholding the values, rules, and objectives of the community with integrity and dedication.
   4.Sharing constructive ideas, feedback, and initiatives for the betterment of the organization and its members.
